Ginger Tea for Headaches/Migraines

May 03

Dr. Cady from the Headache Care Center located in Springfield, Missouri states that you can get rid of your headache or migraines from drinking ginger tea. He also has his patients use the herb feverfew. Isn’t it worth a try? Stir 3 teaspoons of graded ginger into a 1 cup of water, steep, drain, drink.

I remember getting hormonal headaches many moons ago; I think it was from asthma meds.
