The Duluth Grill will be on the cooking network this summer, as will 3 other restaurants in the region. (Gordy’s High Hat, Sarah’s Table or Chester Creek Cafe and Northern Waters Smokehaus) Guy Fiere was at the Duluth Grill this afternoon cooking with Tom Hanson, local co-owner of the restaurant. As Tom Hanson states, “Eighty five percent of the food is made from scratch.” Guy travels all over the United States finding Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives that have outstanding food.
The Duluth Grill is known for its glueten free food choices, flexitarian menu, hormone free meat, unbleached chicken, organic products, home made ketchup, and locally grown products. They make their own bread even.
