Have you drank your milk with vitamin D today? Calcium is important to children and adults. Adults often try to skip milk, when they shouldn’t. They need calcium more than ever.

Calcium is for strong bones; strong teeth, it reduces your blood pressure and it even reduces your risk of colon cancer.

They say we need 1,000 mg of calcium with D for the proper absorption. There are different types of calcium pills, so talk to your pharmacist.

There are plenty of calcium rich foods you can introduce in your diet.
