Eat Your Fish and Fish Oil

Fish oil helps you cholesterol, lowers your risk for heart disease, improves your mood, acts like an antidepressent. I am now taking 3 pills a day. Many people take 500 mg. of omega 3. I eat fish several times a week. Fish oil should have both EPA and DHA. I know I have some new fish oil that is based on research from Life Extensions that is suppose to be the best. The price is expensive, but if it works.

I just love fish. I wish I could eat smoked fish more often. Wild salmon is my favorite fish. I love sushi though.
