I had not had these potatoes until a five course dinner party on Saturday night. I can’t believe it, it was in the Sunday newspaper and it is right on the back of the hashbrown package. Where have I been living? I notice that they have some items that I shouldn’t eat due to cholesterol issues but it is easy tommorrow. These are the best potatoes. Maybe some people make them diffferent ways.
Hash Brown Ingredients:
1 package of Simply Potatoes, Shredded Hash Browns

2 cupsĀ (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 cup choppped onion
1/4 c. of butter, melted
Topping Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. of corn flakes, coarsely crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
Instructions:
Heat over to 350 degrees. Spray a glass two quart pan with spray. In a large bowl mix all the hash brown ingredients well. Put in the prepared baking dish.
