Bowling For Breast Cancer, May 12th

May 02

Interested in helping to re-fund the the breast cancer treatment fund for Douglas county through Circle of Hope? This event is “a family friendly event.”  A team can be family members, friends, colleagues, neighbors, a group of guys, a group of gals, in memory or honor of someone.

The Bowling for Breast Cancer event is May 12th, Saturday, at Landmark Lanes in Superior, 1914 Broadway Street. This is a Karen Geegan sponosored event for Circle of Hope.

You must pre-register your team. It is $15.00 per person. A team is usually 4-5 people. Form a team, think of a name for your team, make up some T-shirts. No experience is necessary.

Stop by Jack’s Place at 1923 Tower Avenue to sign up for a team and pre-pay your $15.00. Karen’s number sis 1.715.817.1000.

The time spots are 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. I am unsure which spots are open. There will be a silent auction and much more. Call Peggy Anderson with Circle of Hope to get an application sent by e-mail, if  you so desire or to find out details. Circle of Hope is still taking donations for the silent auction as well. You will get a tax exempt receipt.

No one is paid a salary this this event. The money raised is for the common good of those being served.
