Woman-Made: Marvelous Things By Northland Women

This is a one of a kind Art & Gift Fair July 28 th, 2012 (Saturday) from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at The Unitarian Church, 835 W. College Street (on the bend of the road between UMD and CSS). There is free parking above ground and below ground in the garage.

This summertime indoor fair will offer locals and visitors of Duluth a spectacular place to shop for one-of-a-kind, handcrafted items. Pottery, photography, glass, natural materials, fiber, clothing, as well as jewelry and other art will be for sale by over 30 local female artists. All items are exclusively made in the North land (within 60 miles of Duluth). See the passion and creative works from our region. Start your holiday shopping early. Pick up cool stuff for your home, garden, for family and friends.

Circle of Hope will be having a salad fundraiser there. The food  will have been prepared in a local restaurant. The three salads are an Syrian Tabouleh Salad, Tomato/Feta Orzo Salad, and a Spaghetti Salad. http://www.circleohopeduluth.org. The recipes will be posted on line in one week.
