Orzo is something I like to eat. I bought some vegetable Orzo the other day at the Whole Food COOP. I made up a recipe, thought I’d be creative. It was a dark olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing with sea salt and ground pepper. I looked and drained the Orzo. Don’t over cook. I had some fresh herbs, chopped Rosemary and Chilanto as I love these two spices. You could use anything that you love. Then I really do love very sweet small tomatoes sliced. I had this for supper and for breakfast! This could be another Salad in a Mason Jar for work.
