Physicians can learn how to better engage their patients and improve patient outcomes Oct. 9 in Duluth.
This interactive discussion will be led by Jan Schuerman and will focus on ICIS’s Collaborative Conversations (Institute of Clinic Systems Improvement) concept to engage patients.
You will learn how to improve patients outcomes and patient satisfaction by at least 48%. Jan Scherman will be presenting the program. A local physician, Dr. Luehr from the Raither Clinic in Cloquet will also be speaking.
This workshop will show physicians how to achieve similar results by using Shared Decision Techniques and Collaborative Conversations.
The Duluth event is on Tuesday, Oct. 9 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Greysolon Ballroom, 231 Lake Superior Street, Duluth.
This workshop is free to members and $35.00 for non-members and guests. Registration and hor d’oeurves are from 6:00-6:30 p.m.,
6:30 p.m.-7:45 p.m. is Jan Schuerman, 7:45-8:30 p.m. is Dr. Luehr.
