Environmental Toxins; Veggies

Don’t you just wonder how many toxins are in your body? I sure do. We need cancer protection. That means eating our fruits, vegetables and grains. Cruciferous vegetables are glucosinolates and thought to protect us. Have you eaten these veggies? I remember when I was diagnosed with cancer. I was told to take indole-3 carbinol. I never ever ate vegetables unless I had to. I had to really force myself to be  a rabbit.

There is even a chart in Life Extension about the risk reduction from eating cruciferous vegetables. Breast is 17% but colorectal cancer is 49%. I wanted to go to walk through the colon yesterday at Essentia but I could not convince my husband. I thought, It would be a once in a life time experience. Prostate was up there, 42% as well as skin cancer at 46%. Very interesting. Be a rabbit, eat your veggies today, reduce your risk of cancer.
