Cook Home Garden and More:

In this little plot of land, 20 feet by 20 feet our son has planted his very first garden. He has planted leeks, lettuce, sweet peppers, eggplants, chili peppers, red onions, tomatoes, yellow carrots, purple carrots, red potatoes, fingerling potatoes, another kind of lettuce (Grandpas lettuce),l broccoli, kale, chard, green peppers, cucumbers, collards, beets, peas, beans, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, cucumbers. Watch for the progress. Then at our daughter’s house he planted: onion sets, cucumbers, pumpkins, including those 800 pound pumpkins, rutabagas, and squash. Have we covered everything? We have kale, rosemary, tomato plants, cilantro, and basil at home.

Today I am busy making homemade potato soup with potato sausage, potatoes,  etc. and  of course cilantro and kale from boxes at home. It will be tasty, as I have made it before.
