Here is a list of high calories foods to be avoided to sty away from the risk of obesity and other related issues. Lots of burgers, ice creams, drinks make it to this list of 27 foods with 1000 or more calories. It is sort of a warning chart for those already over weight and obese to avoid them for weigh control and better health.

Komen’s investments have helped to drive down breast cancer mortality rates by 33 percent since 1991. Susan G. Komen has made major break through s possible in breast cancer over the past 29 years. They have 500 active research grants totaling nearly 300 million dollars.
They have given out $1.3 billion in community grants since 1982. They really help patients.
Bowling for Breasts

This Saturday at Landmark Lanes if Bowling for Breasts or Boobies. The bowling times are 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Call to see what slots are open.
I believe it was $100.00 a team. Each team should have a business sponsor which will be recognized in the paper. Also the team should bring a door prize.
Other vendors there: Terri’s Treaurers with home made jewelry. Janice’s home made fleece blankets, pillows, home made towels, children’s home made books and receiving blankets.
Circle of Hope will have a Decorated Bra donation table to raise money for a Superior breast cancer patients daily living bills. You can help, make a donation for a bra. Decorate a bra and bring it for a donation slip.
